Sunkist Lemon-Melonade Recipe

sugar

water

1 ½
cups
fresh-squeezed Sunkist® lemon juice

cups
diced melon, any variety
Instructions: (Makes 6 servings)

In a small saucepan, combine sugar and 1 cup water. Bring to boil and stir until sugar has dissolved into a syrup. Allow to cool to room temperature.

In a blender, add the 4 cups of melon and 1 cup water and blend on high speed until smooth.

In pitcher, stir together sugar syrup, pureed melon, lemon juice and remaining 6 cups water.
